Since every thought becomes polarized, you might initially be concerned about where all of this is going. Does this mean that in this program you have to be concerned about the polarity of every thought that you think? The answer is No.
Your life, your reality, is a mirror of your predominant thoughts. If you want to know what you have believed about wealth, look at your financial situation. If you want to know your views on physical well being, look at your health. If you want to know your thoughts on housing, look at where you live. Want to see what you think about relationships? Just look at your personal life, marriage, partner or lack thereof, and that is what you have been thinking. Throughout your life, the various Choices you have made in your mind have become what you see as “your life.” Were all of your choices made on a conscious level? No! Have you bought into the choices of others without even realizing it? Yes! Am I saying that you are responsible for your life? Absolutely! I am saying that you can use Polarization of your thoughts to create a new life? Yes! A Tsunami at sea can be a three foot swell that crashes on the coast as a 100 foot wave. Your thoughts are your Tsunami. The question is: what shore will they reach? What are your predominant thought “waves”?

Overview
When does a house become a home? The building of a house requires many inter-connected components. It must be built upon a solid foundation. The building materials must be suited for the location, and they must be of high quality. Plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems must be integrated into the system design. The building must be designed to meet the needs of the homeowner. If all of this is done with careful and judicious planning, a nice “house” will be built. But the house is not a “home” until it is occupied and becomes a place of sanctuary, comfort, security, and pleasure.
As with a home, our personal life also has many components. We all have physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components. Like a house, these components must be integrated, built upon a solid foundation, and work together in harmony. With a house, if its foundation is poorly constructed, the walls may soon crack, the roof leak, and it may collapse prematurely. If the heating or plumbing is not right, the owner will be uncomfortable, and spend endless time, energy, and money on repairs. The same is true for each of us. If we do not eat properly, fail to exercise, spend our life worrying, and go through life without direction, our life begins to crack, and we soon collapse in despair.
Our lives, and our “home,” are holistic. This means that all of the components must function and work together if we are to achieve happiness, wellness, and wholeness. Just as with our home, if we neglect one component, the others all suffer and fall into disrepair. In order to work properly, our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies must be kept healthy and whole, since the neglect and abuse of one affects all of the other systems.
